Firstly we want to say sorry for yet another Sunday ruined.
We are facing a serious issue. We have been hacked for the past 2 Sundays, and again today. We have changed servers, but still unfortunately have been targeted again. Please understand that we are doing everything we can to get the service back up and running including using back up database, new servers etc. but all is failing at the moment.
Rest assured that we will fix this issue and be back. Please allow the team some more time to regroup and overcome this. We are working around the clock.

The team has been working on this since the last update.
All servers are having fresh software put in place and need content added back. We have quite a few servers and each will take roughly 1-2 hours to install, so this will take some time.
We have also had to wait for fresh servers to be sent to us so we can start work on them.
As soon as these servers are ready and installed Live TV will be back. We will keep you updated on when this will happen.
Currently no VOD will be added back until we know for sure the hacker cannot get back in. As we have already added VOD back twice which has taken up a lot of our time.

The team has identified how the hacker has been getting into the systems and has blocked their access. Restoration of the service is currently underway. Some live TV channels should already be working and VOD will be restored gradually. We will be adding 7 days extra days of service to each customer's subscription as compensation for the downtime.

Live TV is working. Please reboot your apps. If you are getting a network or server error when trying to login to the MobiShack TV app please make sure you update to the latest 3.1 version of our app which is available via the downloads page on our website. Instructions on how to install the MobiShack TV app on Fire TV and other Android based devices can be found in our knowledgebase.
No VOD is being re-added as yet. We will update once they're being added again.
