UPDATE (27/09/2023 12:00 PM): Just a small update to say that we are still working hard to resume full services. While unfortunately there is still no ETA, rest assured we are doing our best to get back to 100% as soon as we can. Again, we would like to offer our apologies for downtime.
UPDATE (28/09/2023 11:20 AM): We understand that we have been a little quiet, but that's because we are working hard to get things back up and running. We actually own most of the server hardware that the service runs on and we have had to make the decision to move the servers to a different location. This isn't a quick and simple task for logistical and admin reasons. While we still can not provide an ETA we are hoping to be complete within the next day or two. We understand that this is frustrating, but please bear with us for a little while longer. Extra days will be added to each customers subscription to compensate for the downtime.
UPDATE (01/10/2023 09:30 AM): We're still working on bringing back all the channels online. Some UK channels are already back online. Please give us a little more time to get everything back up and running. All sports live events are still being streamed.
UPDATE (07/10/2023 12:15 PM): Movies and series server fixed. We're still working to restore all live channels.
UPDATE (07/10/2023 18:00 PM): This issue has now been resolved and service is back to normal. An extra week (7 days) of service has been added to affected customers' subscription.
