We have been experiencing issues with Stripe, our credit/debit card payment processor. As a result we are currently unable to process invoice payments automatically. As such, from now on all customers are required to make credit/debit card payments manually via the payment link sent in the customer invoice or invoice payment reminder emails. Once payment is made and confirmed by our team, it will be applied to your invoice and the relevant adjustments to your subscription made in short order.
